TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Products Used:
I use only premium, high-quality skincare and cosmetics. My preferred brands include Chanel, MAC, Dior, Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, NARS, and Dermalogica skincare to ensure the best results for your hair and makeup.
2. Set-Up Times:
I will arrive at the client’s home or wedding/event venue at the pre-agreed time, allowing sufficient time to set up and provide the necessary services for the client(s).
3. Travel & Expenses:
I primarily serve Kent and London but will travel further for events, with additional charges for longer distances. Travel costs are estimated at 60p per mile (or train fare), including tolls, ULEZ, or congestion charges.
Additional charges may include:
• Early riser fee (if required to start before 6:30 AM): £100
• The client is responsible for parking, accommodation (if necessary), and any additional travel-related costs. All such charges will be discussed upfront and invoiced accordingly.

4. Booking & Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost for the wedding/event date is required to secure my services. This deposit will be deducted from the final total.
5. Payment:
The final balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding/event date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, and payments must be cleared before the event date. Cheques and card payments are not accepted.
If the booking is affected by any unforeseen events, including illness, weather, or other circumstances beyond control, I will make every reasonable effort to find an alternative makeup artist. If no replacement is available, I will refund any monies paid (excluding trial fees, if applicable).
6. Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, including due to reasons like illness, extreme weather, or force majeure events (e.g., pandemic, fire). Cancellations must be made at least 10 working days prior to the wedding date.
If the event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, I will try to accommodate the new date. However, if the new date is unavailable, cancellation terms apply, and the deposit will not be refunded.
7. Bridal Preview & Trial:
A bridal preview (trial) is typically scheduled 4-12 weeks before the wedding date. Trials are held at my location (in Kent) or I can travel to you with travel added, typically held on weekday mornings.
8. Client Responsibility:
The client must inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect the products or equipment used. I cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or other health-related issues if the client fails to provide such information.
If any client or guest is exhibiting symptoms of a contagious condition (such as COVID-19, conjunctivitis, cold sores, etc.), I reserve the right to refuse services without penalty to myself.
Clients are encouraged to have wedding insurance.
9. Photography & Use of Images:
By booking my services, the client agrees that I may use photographs from the wedding or event for promotional purposes, including on my website and social media, unless the client withdraws consent in writing within two weeks of the trial.
10. Assistant & Team Members:
For events requiring additional artists/assistants adding to extra costs, these fees will be agreed upon in advance.
11. COVID-19 Policy:
If a booking is affected by COVID-19 and requires rescheduling, I will attempt to accommodate a new date at no extra cost, subject to availability. If the new date is unavailable, the cancellation policy will apply, and the deposit will not be refunded.
12. Liability & Insurance:
Clients and anyone receiving services agree to release me from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. While I make every effort to ensure a safe experience, clients are responsible for informing me of any conditions that may affect their safety. I also recommend that clients consider wedding insurance for added protection.
13. Final Agreement:
By securing a booking and paying the deposit, the client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the terms must be agreed upon in writing.
